Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary is just days away from securing a €100 million bonus, equivalent to nearly SEK 1.1 billion, as the stock continues to trade at record levels, Euronews reports.

For the bonus to be paid out, the share price must remain above 21 euros for at least 28 consecutive days. It has now done so for 25 days and is currently trading at 23.73 euros. The price is up almost 18 percent in the past month.

The bonus is part of a long-term incentive program that links the CEO's compensation to the company's share performance. However, there are several conditions attached to the bonus. The payment will not be made until 2028 and only if he is still working at Ryanair at that time.

Michael O'Leary has led the low-cost airline since 1994.

Ryanair recently announced that they will increase their ticket prices by 5-6 percent in 2025.
