The insurance company Trygg Hansa does not want to cover the costs of the fire at Oceana.

After the Liseberg bathhouse burned down on February 12, 2024, the insurance company made an initial assessment of the fire. 

According to several sources, GP The insurance company has claimed that the fire was due to "gross negligence" and that the insurance terms and conditions therefore do not cover the incident.

The insurance company's final assessment is expected soon - if it is not changed, the matter could go to court.
