A tourist boat with 48 passengers and five crew members has capsized in Ha Long Bay in northern Vietnam.
According to Vietnamese VN Express 28 people have so far been found dead, and about ten people have been rescued.
There is still no information whether there were Swedes on board the boat.
According to VN Express, most of the passengers were families from Hanoi.
The boat accident occurred around 2 p.m. local time, in the wake of Storm Wipha, which brought strong winds across the South China Sea.
