An aircraft from Cyprus that was supposed to land at Arlanda earlier this morning has been redirected to Skavsta Airport south of Stockholm.

The reason why the plane could not land is currently unknown, but Aftonbladet has spoken to several passengers who described concerns about the weather.

– There were strong winds, people became completely hysterical on the plane, says a passenger.

Swedavia refers all questions about the redirection to the airline and says that all other traffic was punctual during the morning.
