From August 27 to September 21, 2025, Odette will open a pop-up restaurant in the Japanese Tower at Tivoli. It is the three-star Michelin restaurant's first European visit. Behind the rare culinary experience are Tivoli, Nimb and Singapore Airlines, who have entered into an exclusive partnership to bring the award-winning Asian top restaurant to the gastronomic capital of the Nordics.

For 48 years, Singapore Airlines has been connecting the Nordics with Southeast Asia, pampering travelers with extraordinary travel experiences on its direct route between Copenhagen and Singapore. Now, the award-winning airline has entered into a culinary collaboration with Tivoli and Odette. The collaboration will pamper guests’ taste buds on land and bring a slice of Singapore’s world-famous food scene to Copenhagen.

”Our partnership with Tivoli and Odette is built on a shared passion for exquisite and seamless guest experiences and first-class service. Both Copenhagen and Singapore are known for their absolutely world-class gastronomy, and I am delighted that Tivoli’s many visitors will soon be able to experience one of Asia’s and the world’s best restaurants when Odette lands here in Copenhagen,” says Jagdish Bhojwani, General Manager for Singapore Airlines in the Nordics.

With three Michelin stars and the title of Asia's Best Restaurant in 2019 and 2020, Odette is a culinary institution that is currently ranked 25th on the list of the World's 50 Best Restaurants. When Odette, with chef Julien Royer at the helm, visits Denmark for just under a month with its pop-up restaurant at Tivoli, something special awaits. Visitors can look forward to a menu that combines Odette's modern French gastronomy with the most refined Asian nuances and award-winning desserts from Louisa Lim.

”I am honored to be cooking in the iconic Japanese Tower at Tivoli. This is Odette’s first visit to Europe, and I look forward to exploring Danish ingredients and pampering Tivoli’s guests with a taste of our modern French cuisine with strong local roots,” says Julien Royer, Head Chef at Odette.

At Tivoli, Odette's visit is seen as a gastronomic highlight and a unique end to the pop-up season in the Japanese Tower.

”"With Odette's visit, we reach a new high point in the Japanese Tower. It is almost unimaginable that for almost four weeks our guests can experience the French star chef and taste Singapore's top restaurant here in the Japanese Tower. The collaboration with Singapore Airlines is based on a shared core value of creating extraordinary guest experiences, and with Odette's visit this is being taken up a notch," says Mikkel Ustrup, High-End Director at Tivoli.

Five or seven servings

For Odette’s pop-up at Tivoli, Royer and his team have composed a menu that can only be experienced here, but guests can expect signature dishes such as ”Mushroom Tea”, ”Langoustine comme un Dumpling” and ”Kampot Pepper Crusted Pigeon”. For dessert, creations by Louisa Lim – named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2023 – await, with delicate and imaginative touches such as ”Late Summer Berries” and ”Grain de Café”. Whether in Singapore or Copenhagen, Odette promises a holistic experience where imagination, craftsmanship and taste meet in perfect harmony.
