Condé Nast Traveller magazine has announced the results of its annual Readers' Choice Awards and Valletta has taken first place in the European cities category, beating off stiff competition from the likes of Paris, Venice, Lisbon and Athens with an outstanding score of 97.33 points. Condé Nast Traveller received over 182,500 responses to the survey, in which participants rated their travel experiences around the world to provide a comprehensive picture of the places they would most like to return to. We are grateful to everyone who chooses Malta and makes every visit memorable.”
