Charlotta Olsson becomes new Sweden manager for Strömma Tourism & Shipping

With a solid background in the hotel and service industry, Charlotta Olsson is now taking the step into the experience and tourism sector. As the new Sweden manager for Strömma Turism & Sjöfart, she wants to further develop the company's brand and create even more attractive experiences for both tourists and residents.

Charlotta Olsson has extensive experience in leading roles in the hotel and service industry. She began her career at Radisson Hotel Group, where she was involved in driving brand changes and several hotel openings. Charlotta most recently came from the role of CEO of Nobi's new hotel Hagastrand. Prior to that, as CEO of Hotel Diplomat and Villa Dagmar, where she led the organization's development and expansion, including the opening of Villa Dahlia in Stockholm in the summer of 2024. Charlotta has consistently worked extensively with leadership, change management and brand development, both at a strategic and operational level.

– I am happy to become part of Strömma and the fantastic employees who work here. Strömma has great potential, both as a company and within Swedish tourism. For me, it is important that we continue to develop offers that appeal to both international guests and the Swedish local market. Our experiences should be relevant and appreciated by those who live here as well. We want to be a natural part of everyday life and weekends, not just holidays, says Charlotta Olsson.

Focus on continuing to build a strong and popular brand
Charlotta took up her position in early autumn. As Head of Sweden, she sees the opportunity to both continue to develop the business and build strong and committed teams to in turn raise the level of service and refine the customer journey, thereby strengthening both employee and customer satisfaction.

Strömma Turism & Sjöfart currently operates in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and the Netherlands, and is a Royal Court Supplier. The company offers a wide range of experiences in sightseeing, food cruises as well as activities and excursions for tourists, locals and companies.
