A-Train welcomes EQT as new long-term owner

A-Train, infrastructure manager of the Arlandabanan line and train operator of Arlanda express – welcomes EQT as a new long-term owner. The operations continue with a strong focus on delivering reliable and sustainable public transport to travelers between Stockholm city and Arlanda airport.

Since its inception in 1999, A-Train AB has moved over 100 million passengers from the E4 to rail-bound traffic by offering fast, punctual and sustainable train service between Stockholm and Arlanda. In 2024, 5.3 million people traveled on the Arlanda Line, including employees at the airport. In 2024, Arlanda Express had the highest punctuality in Sweden and an availability on the Arlanda Line of 99.3%.
