Nordic Leisure Travel Group, or Vinggruppen as the company is known colloquially, delivers both a record turnover of 16,799 million sek and an EBITDA result of 953 million sek, which is an improvement of 200 million sek compared to the previous year. At the EBITA level, this corresponds to a result of 704 million sek, for the broken financial year 1 October 2024-30 September 2025, which is an increase of 40% compared to last year. The profit margin also increased to 4.2% compared to 3.1% the previous year. Profit before tax was 540 million sek, (15 million sek the previous year). Profit after tax was 467 million sek.

Strong cash flow from operating activities of SEK 771 million, as well as the sale of hotel properties, has led to a significant reduction in the company's net debt, including the fact that the last Covid loans were repaid in February 2026 and the group is now net debt-free.

Over the past four years, the group has improved its net cash position by approximately 3,000 million sek.

The number of Nordic guests amounted to 1,263,000, which is an increase of 21,000 travelers compared to last year.

For the past 70 years, Ving, Spies and Tjäreborg have been the leading brands in Nordic holiday travel. Today, more than ever, we see a growing trend where consumers value the simplicity and security of a well-thought-out package holiday — with hotels tailored to the wishes of Nordic guests, flights with their own airline and a tour operator who takes responsibility for the entire experience. It is this combination that drives both guest satisfaction and strong results.

Magnus Wikner, CEO of Nordic Leisure Travel Group, comments on the result:

I am very proud of the result and it is proof that our integrated business model with very high capacity utilization in our own airline Sunclass Airlines and our own concept hotels works.”".

Ving celebrates 70 years this year, and our customer promise, to give our guests the best weeks of the year, is as relevant today as it was 70 years ago. It also confirms that our strategy of growing with more concept hotels and a broader customer offering is the right way forward.”

Per Knudsen, CFO of Nordic Leisure Travel Group, comments:

We have a very strong financial position as we are debt-free and stand strong for the future and can therefore make investments in new products, hotel expansion and investments in IT and AIN."”

Investments going forward

The past winter season has been very strong and ahead of the upcoming summer season, a completely new hotel concept for adults traveling without children will be launched, LiveEz.

Furthermore, another brand new Airbus A330-900neo is being delivered to Sunclass Airlines.

For the 2026 summer season, almost 5 out of 10 trips are booked, which is on par with the same time last year, with very strong demand for trips to, among other places, Mallorca and the Canary Islands.
