There is a stop in train traffic between Malmö and Stockholm.

The stop is due to a traveler alerting SOS Alarm about a suspected dangerous object on a train in Älmhult.

The police went there to check the information, which turned out to be incorrect.

– There is no danger to the public or any dangerous objects or the like. We are ready at the scene, says Katarina Rusin, press spokesperson for the police, at 11.40.

One person who was on the train has been handed over to medical care.

The police have now lifted their train stop.
