Taxi Stockholm is having major problems with its app. Customers can't book and drivers can't see their bookings.
SvD has spoken to an anonymous driver who says that nothing is visible in the car's system, something that has never happened before, according to the employee.
”"Due to downtime, we are currently unable to accept any bookings. If you are waiting for a delayed car, please consider alternative travel routes,", the company writes on its website. The problems in the app have in turn led to many people calling in, and the switchboard is down.
