134 Swedes have been evacuated in Plomari on the Greek island of Lesbos, Apollo reports. The reason is forest fires that have broken out.
All of them are located on a beach in Agios Isidoros.
– They are on the beach waiting to see how this will develop, says Martina Krantz from Apollo's press department.
The evacuation began an hour ago after an order from the authorities.
– We understand that this is a special situation and we have staff on site around the evacuated areas. We are continuously commenting with our customers via text message, says Martina Krantz.
