First Camp recorded its strongest month to date in July 2026. The camping group's total revenue amounted to SEK 692 million, while the First Camp Club loyalty program exceeded 300,000 members.
Compared to the previous record month of July 2025, revenue increased by 10 percent in local currency, excluding the effects of acquisitions. When acquisitions are included, the increase was 23 percent.
Accommodation revenues also developed strongly, rising by 12 percent compared to the same month last year, excluding acquisition effects. The growth came from both camping accommodation and cabins. Sales of food, beverages, activities and other experiences at the destinations also increased.
“More and more people are discovering what a great and affordable way to vacation camping is. In addition, our major investments in destinations, guest experience, product development and marketing have yielded clear results,” says Johan Söör, President and CEO of First Camp.
Strong demand in several countries
First Camp states that demand has been strong from both domestic and international guests in the group's markets in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland and Germany.
The largest increase in accommodation revenue among First Camp's destinations was in Lunde-Telemark in Norway, which increased by 58 percent compared to July 2025. This was followed by Vadstena-Vättern in Sweden with 48 percent.
Frigård-Flensborg Fjord in Denmark and City-Stockholm both increased by 38 percent, while Nora-Bergslagen recorded an increase of 34 percent.
Meanwhile, First Camp's membership program continues to grow. First Camp Club has now reached 300,000 members and is described by the company as the only points-based loyalty program for camping in Northern Europe.
