Gardermoen Airport outside Oslo closed early Sunday morning in connection with the Norwegian air traffic controller strike.

The airport opened at noon on Sunday, but with major disruptions to air traffic for the rest of the day.

The airport was closed for five hours in the morning, which meant that 76 of 346 announced flights, including to and from Stockholm, were canceled.
