Europe is facing a deficit of jet fuel in the coming months, analysts predict.

Fuel imports from countries including Nigeria, the United States and Canada have increased since the start of the Iran war. South Korea has also become a major supplier, according to data from consulting firm Energy Aspects, Reuters reports.

Data from analyst firm Kpler shows that imports from Asia have been around 129,000 barrels per day in September. The last time they were at that level was in October 2022, writes Reuters.
