A total of 277 people on one of the world's largest cruise ships, Oasis of the Seas, have been affected by an outbreak of novovirus on a cruise from Florida to Jamaica.

Both passengers and staff have fallen ill.
The ship has returned to Florida a day earlier than planned and all guests will receive a refund of the money they paid for the trip, CBS News reports.
Novovirus is a highly contagious virus that causes the so-called winter vomiting disease.
