5,000 people are in quarantine in the small Belgian town of Edegem, just south of Antwerp, after the rapid spread of the British corona mutation. The infection tracing has led to two schools in the municipality being forced to close until further notice. 5,000 people have been ordered into quarantine. Just over 2,000 of them are waiting for their test results this week, writes TT.

“Not following the rules may be a mistake, but how do you prove that that particular case caused all the infection?” says lawyer Lukas De Graeve to Het Laatste Nieuws.
