– We would have liked to have fixed the toilets, but unfortunately it had to be done from the outside, and we didn't take the chance to send a plumber out on a rope at an altitude of 10,000 meters, Frank Olsen, administrative manager at the plumbing company Rørkjøp, stated to Daily Paper.

Rare, technical error

Norwegian's communications advisor Fatima Elkadi assures that it doesn't often happen that the toilets are turned off at the same time.

There were a total of 85 people on the plane from the Norwegian plumbing industry, of which over 60 were plumbers.
