The board has appointed Kajsa Medin Hansen as Junibacken's new CEO.
She most recently came from the role of digital business development manager at Aller Media. Previously, she has been CEO of TV4 Interactive and Allt om Stockholm and a number of other leading assignments in the media and experience industry. On March 5, she will take up the position of CEO of the children's cultural center Junibacken on Djurgården.
Kajsa Medin Hansen has worked for 20 years developing and leading organizations in change and has documented experience in business strategy and digital transformation.
– For me it is a dream job. Partly to support Swedish children's culture and to make children's everyday lives a little more fun, but also to lead the business into the future. I look forward to working with all the dedicated and experienced employees at Junibacken, says Kajsa Medin Hansen, incoming CEO at Junibacken and continues:
– I have spent many hours with my sons at Junibacken and we love being there, both for inspiration, the children's bookstore and not least the experience of being in Astrid Lindgren's stories. That is why I am happy and proud to have the opportunity to develop Junibacken where children's needs for play and movement combined with the promotion of creativity are satisfied.
– It is with great pleasure that we welcome Kajsa Medin Hansen as the new CEO of Junibacken. Kajsa's solid experience in leadership, change management and digital development, together with a heart that is passionate about culture, will add important qualities to Junibacken's operations, says Kristina Axén Olin, Chairwoman of the Board.
