The groundbreaking ceremony for Radisson Blu Hotel, Uppsala was held on April 26, 2010, and two years later the building was completed. Uppsala now had a new architectural landmark and an international hotel with 185 rooms, six conference rooms and a large, welcoming restaurant. Since then, the hotel has welcomed thousands of guests from all over the world and has become a popular choice among both business and leisure travelers as well as local Uppsala residents.
