This weekend, someone from the Helsinki area contracted measles on one of Silja Line's ferries.

The person was on a round-trip cruise between Helsinki and Stockholm, writes the newspaper Huvudstadsbladet.

The Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare is now urging passengers who were on board to contact healthcare services to check if they are vaccinated.

Silja Line will also contact those who were on board the vessel.
