In 2017, an agreement was made with Al Ghurair to convert a classic landmark in Deira into the luxury hotel Swissôtel Al Ghurair and the apartment hotel Swissôtel Living.

The luxurious property, with 428 rooms and 192 apartments, caters to both business and leisure travellers and is located near Al Ghurair Centre Complex – one of the region's first and most prominent shopping destinations in the heart of Old Dubai. Nearby are classic landmarks along Dubai Creek, Al Fahdi and other interesting historical areas.

The opening of Swissôtel Al Ghurair and Swissôtel Living marks the completion of the first phase of a comprehensive renovation, aiming to establish our brand in the United Arab Emirates.
