
After it recently became clear that Jean-Marc Janaillac is leaving after the staff voted no to the latest proposal for salary increases.
In a statement, the company says that Frederic Gagey will not have the mandate to make decisions that could affect the growth strategy presented by the board. Instead, a group of three people will jointly make important decisions.
So far this year, wage-related strikes have cost Air France-KLM around 400 million euros.
