Air France-KLM has offered its French staff a 4 percent pay increase to end the conflict between the parties.
This was reported by a source to Reuters on Monday.
The conflict has so far resulted in strikes and the CEO of the Franco-Dutch aviation giant leaving the company. The pilots' union has demanded a 5.1 percent pay increase to compensate for inflation that has eroded real wages in recent years.
