
The airline group Airfrance-KLM is conducting a rights issue to raise up to 2.256 billion euros, or approximately 24 billion kronor. The airline group's largest owner, the French state, intends to subscribe to shares in the new issue to such an extent that its ownership stake of 28.6 percent is maintained. The Dutch state has also announced its intention to participate in relation to its ownership stake, if the country's parliament approves it.
