All air traffic at Hamburg Airport was temporarily stopped on Monday afternoon. 

This after a threat was received against a flight from the Iranian capital Tehran, writes German Bild. 

It was earlier this morning that the police received an email with a threat to carry out an attack on the plane. 

The plane landed at 12.20 and has been taken to a special area at the airport. 

198 passengers and 16 crew members have been evacuated and the plane and all luggage will be searched. 

The stoppage lasted for 90 minutes.
