The Latvian airline airBaltic is now launching a new direct route between Gothenburg Landvetter Airport and Riga for the summer season of 2026. The route will operate twice a week, thereby contributing to increased accessibility between western Sweden and the Baltics.
airBaltic, the largest airline in the Baltics, is now choosing to expand its presence in Sweden by launching a new direct route between Riga and Gothenburg Landvetter. In addition to the new route, the airline already serves the Latvian capital from Stockholm. Riga is a popular destination, both for those who want to discover Latvia, and if you want to visit the neighboring countries Estonia and Lithuania.
