Aircraft manufacturer Airbus will expand production capacity at the company's factory in Toulouse, France, in order to meet strong demand, Reuters reports.

”We are experiencing higher demand than ever for our award-winning A320neo family, and in particular the A321 Long Range (LR) and Xtra Long Range (XLR) variants,” said Airbus Chief Operating Officer Michael Schoellhorn.

Currently, Airbus' only European final assembly plant for the A321 is located in Hamburg. In addition, the aircraft model is also final assembled in Alabama, USA.
