Airbus takes order for at least 50 planes from Vietnam

Aviation giant Airbus has received an order for at least 50 A321neo aircraft from Vietjet.

This is stated in a press release.

Vietjet CEO Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao states in a comment that the deal means the company can increase its capacity and expand its network significantly, especially internationally.

Vietjet has now ordered 171 planes from Airbus, of which 46 have already been delivered.
