An SAS plane to Dublin had to turn back to Arlanda on Tuesday evening after a technical fault.

– The plane is on its way back now. Our technicians will come and examine the plane when it has landed, says Tonje Sund at SAS.

It is unclear what caused the technical failure.

– We will investigate the matter, but there is no danger. You will be able to fly back to Arlanda completely safely.

Later, SAS announces that the aircraft has landed at Arlanda and that it will be replaced.

– There will of course be some delays and we apologize for that, says Tonje Sund.
