
An aircraft from the company Precision Air has been forced to make an emergency landing in Lake Victoria in Tanzania, several local media outlets report.
43 people were reported to have been on board, according to Swahili Times.
During Sunday afternoon, BBC that 26 of the 43 passengers were taken to hospital. At least 19 people have died.
The plane was en route to Bukoba from Dar es Salaam, but was forced to land in Lake Victoria due to heavy rain and strong winds, according to TB.
