Finnair is forced to cancel around 140 flights today due to strikes in Finland. This will affect around 12,000 passengers, according to a press release.
The strike will be held by the Finnish aviation union IAU and is a four-hour strike taking place in shifts on Friday. It affects aircraft maintenance, ground handling and catering services, among other things.
The strike will also take place on Monday. Finnair is still evaluating exactly how it will affect traffic that day, but it is likely to cause disruptions during the day.
