Many people are traveling to celebrate Christmas and New Year in another location. Now the airline Ryanair is sending a sharp appeal to travelers – about Christmas gifts. On their website one writes: ”Don’t spend hours wrapping gifts in your carry-on with fancy wrapping. Wrapped packages can be opened, searched, and inspected by airport security.”

Travelers should also not pack valuables in checked luggage. If they "get stolen, damaged or lost," there is "not much that can be done about it," the airline writes.
