From Skellefteå back to Stockholm where, in her role as hotel director, she will drive the work of creating Sweden's best hotel experience at one of the capital's hotel favorites - Elite Hotel Adlon.
A stone's throw from culture, nature and shopping, centrally located next to Vasagatan in Stockholm is Elite Hotel Adlon. A beautiful hotel with a brightly plastered facade in neoclassical style and dating back to 1884. It houses more than 200 hotel rooms, the well-attended Italian restaurant Gioia and a variety of meeting facilities, which has made the hotel a destination for both private individuals and business travelers. Now they have chosen to shift into another gear in the work of building fantastic guest experiences and welcome Aliki Krantz to the role of hotel director.
”"Service with a focus on customer satisfaction is something I am truly passionate about and see as a sign of a prosperous organization that starts with the team. Aliki is originally from Skellefteå where she moved for the forest – in other words, The Wood Hotel by Elite. The hotel group's first destination hotel, which opened in the fall of 2021. In her role as hotel manager, she enabled a fantastic journey for both the hotel and the team with a focus on sustainability, customer satisfaction and happier employees.
”"Leadership is about my employees – they are at the center of my work! A good leader should have good self-awareness, respect for others and the courage to act. That's why I look forward to teaching the organization what I know; showing the way, making decisions, supporting in both good and bad times, giving and receiving feedback and being a role model for my team. Then it's also important to have fun at work! If you find joy in your employees, it will rub off on your guests.”, says Aliki Krantz.
As a leader with broad experience and an exceptional ability to make people grow, she has all the qualities needed to run a hotel successfully.
”"We couldn't be happier to welcome Aliki as Hotel Director of Elite Hotel Adlon! Her broad experience, expertise and leadership skills will be a huge asset as we implement a number of exciting changes as part of our continued work to create amazing experiences for our guests.
