Has initiated a partnership with growth agency Omniarch, where the initial focus is on implementing Omniarch's popular Digital Assessment and at the same time seeing Hans Edlund, Chief Strategy Officer at Omniarch, join Apollo Travel's organization as interim Head of E-commerce.

The collaboration with Apollo Travel goes hand in hand with the broadened interest that Omniarch has seen crystallize in 2023, where the growth agency's offerings expand beyond supporting e-retailers and brands with physical products in their range.

”Omniarch with its sister companies within Root Digital Group continues to strengthen its position on the consulting scene and in Apollo Travel we have a case that was very suitable for our Digital Assessment, a current situation analysis that has clarified where there is potential to strengthen customer relationships and increase sales"”, says Pelle Pettersson, co-founder and CEO of Omniarch AB and vice president of Root Digital Group.

Apollo Travel is the tour operator that was founded in 1986 and that for many has been synonymous with trips to mainly Greece but which today offers trips to the whole world. Since 2015, the company has been part of the privately owned German group REWE with over 300,000 employees.

Omniarch has taken the first steps in Q4-23 together with Apollo to secure the expertise and way-of-working to meet customer demands. This comes at a time when interest in travel abroad is starting to approach the levels that prevailed before the pandemic hit the travel industry.

”"Like other players in the industry, Apollo Travel sees a clear return to interest in travel, and this at the same time that we all have macroeconomic factors to take into account. This increases the demands that our organization must adapt both to customers' wishes to book more online and to profitability goals. We see in Omniarch's consulting model a flexibility around competence and a methodology that allows Apollo Travel to meet customers in the most frictionless way possible"”, says Daniel Barkland, CMO, Apollo.

The assignment assigned to Omniarch began in Q4, 2023, with Hans Edlund in the role of interim Head of E-commerce at Apollo Travel. In parallel, a Digital Assessment was carried out to highlight Apollo Travel's business from a clear customer perspective, aimed at Apollo Travel's goal of offering charter trips, training trips, weekend trips and cruises in the most customer-focused way possible.
