US bankruptcy court approves SAS pilot agreement

The US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York in the USA has approved the new collective bargaining agreement SAS signed with the pilot unions this summer.

This is stated in a press release. 

On July 19, SAS announced that the company had signed a new 5.5-year collective agreement with SAS Scandinavia's pilot unions, subject to court approval. The terms of the agreement were approved by the court on Thursday.
