The struggling Norwegian airline Norwegian will raise an additional six billion Norwegian kroner when another new share issue is carried out in the company.

The subscription price is set at 6.26 Norwegian kroner and means that 958 million new shares will be put into trading, writes the newspaper Dagens Næringsliv. Among the investors is the Norwegian billionaire John Fredriksen, who is a major owner in the Norwegian oil industry and fishing industry, among other things. The announcement of the new issue causes the share to fall just over two percent on the Oslo Stock Exchange. (
