This calendar serves as the basis for the kitchen’s menu offerings and ensures the sustainable use of local crops grown in the resort’s courtyard and rooftop bar. Through a partnership with Klimato, Blique by Nobis offers its guests a more sustainable dining experience that is not only delicious but also responsible for the planet.
To further strengthen their commitment to sustainability, Blique by Nobis has developed their own ”green room” for winter growing and uses recycled materials such as toilet rolls, milk cartons and egg cartons as pots for their crops. By closing the circle from table to soil and back to table again, they exemplify a holistic approach to sustainability and environmental awareness.
