Broken radar caused problems at Arlanda

Remove

A ground radar at Arlanda suffered technical problems on Friday evening, which, combined with difficult weather, is causing problems for air traffic around the country.

The previously difficult weather conditions with fog over Stockholm have eased, but the delays remain, says Robert Pletzin, press manager at Swedavia, to TT.

”"Air traffic is back to normal, but with some delays of up to an hour due to the weather conditions that prevailed during the day."”

There is no exact forecast for when traffic can return to normal.

”But we will catch up with the traffic during the evening.”
