Cecilia Österholm has been appointed Head of Marketing and Communications at Jernhusen. The appointment comes as Jernhusen adds a new function for marketing and communications.

In connection with the company's continued development and the start of several major projects, a need for organizational change within HR & Communication has become clear. A function within marketing and communication is being added to the company at the same time as a new function for HR is being established. The current Head of HR and Communication is leaving Jernhusen with the organizational change but is assisting the company with his HR expertise during a transition period.

Cecilia Österholm, with a solid communications and marketing background from, among others, AMF Fastigheter, Epicenter and Alecta Fastigheter, will take up the role as Head of Marketing and Communications on April 1, 2023. Cecilia Österholm will be part of the company's management team.

– Jernhusen has begun a move towards an even more active urban developer. We are creating station-close districts in several of Sweden's largest cities, which means many opportunities and complex issues for the company that we need to meet with a focused marketing and communications department. It feels very good to bring Cecilia in with her broad expertise and long experience in both marketing and communications. I would like to extend a big thank you to Henrik Fontin, Head of HR & Communications, for his efforts in the company in recent years, says Kerstin Gillsbro, CEO of Jernhusen.

– Jernhusen is a very exciting company that is helping to secure the sustainable cities and travel of the future. I am really looking forward to continuing the development of Jernhusen's brand and communication together with the company's competent colleagues, says Cecilia Österholm.

According to the press release.
