Two travelers were delayed to the gate for their flight departing from Arlanda on Sunday morning.

Then there was a commotion.

– They started pulling all the doors and pressing all the buttons. They then illegally went down to the gate and triggered a fire alarm, says police spokesperson Rebecca Landberg.

The couple was not allowed to board the plane. Instead, they were arrested by police on suspicion of trespassing and false alarms.

– It's an odd case. I've never seen anyone so desperate to get on a flight.
