TUI Netherlands is launching a new international flight route to Scandinavian Mountains Airport for the upcoming winter season. TUI will operate the route weekly from Schiphol Airport during the period 23 December 2023 to 16 March 2024. Travelers can book pre-packaged trips or separate flight tickets. Both packages and flight tickets are available for booking now at the organizer.

– We have been working intensively on this for a long time and it is nice to now be able to tell you about our upcoming collaboration ahead of the winter. TUI is the industry's largest player and we see this as the start of a collaboration that will grow over time. I am thinking especially of England and Germany. Says Gunnar Lenman, CEO of Scandinavian Mountains Airport.

– This is exactly what the airport is built for. To make our destination more accessible for long-distance international visitors. The collaboration with TUI in the Netherlands is an important step for us and it really puts us on the map as a good alternative to other winter sports resorts. Gunnar Lenman continues.

– It's great that we're getting more Dutch people here. I know they value our unique snow guarantee from mid-December to the end of the season. They also appreciate our high level of service, easily accessible nature, the diversity of skiing, activities and wide range of restaurants. Says Anders Bjernulf, CEO of Destination Sälenfjällen.

– We at TUI are really happy to be able to launch another top destination for winter and snow activities in the heart of Scandinavia. Sälen and Trysil have so much to offer our customers. Perfect snow conditions, excellent infrastructure and Swedish hospitality make Sälen/Trysil a hard-to-beat destination. We look forward to many years of rewarding cooperation. Says Martijn van der Ploeg, Head of Markets Overland & Cities, Markets Product Accommodation Only.
