Chinese authorities have ordered their airlines not to accept any more deliveries of aircraft from American-owned Boeing, writes the Norwegian Dagbladet.

The decision is part of the escalating trade war with the United States.

The order also means that Chinese airlines must stop all purchases of equipment and spare parts from American companies.
