Strawberry Hotels is now establishing a new position as commercial manager. The role will be central to creating the conditions for further development.

Christian Borg has over 20 years of experience from large hotel companies where he has held various management positions responsible for commercial management, revenue management and distribution. Most recently as Commercial Director for Scandic Hotels Finland. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Arcada, University of Applied Science.

I am very much looking forward to becoming part of the company and through my expertise contributing to developing the business further with the important key people – within total profit, sales, food & beverage and branding that are already in place, says Christian Borg.

In his role as Senior Vice President Commercial, Christian Borg will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and revenue management strategies and ensuring effective utilization of pricing, distribution and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profit together with his team. 

Borg is based in Helsinki and will work at Strawberry's headquarters in Oslo and Stockholm in addition to that city. He will take up his new position in early 2024.
