Around 20 protesters from Scientist Rebellion have gathered outside Bromma Airport in Stockholm. 

They have blocked the entrance to the terminal for private jets, which they are protesting against and want to ban.

– We demand an immediate ban on private jets. That's why we stand here with banners and our bodies to block private planes and travelers, says Björn Paxling, who is one of the climate activists.

During the day, Scientist Rebellion will have similar actions at other private jet airports, for example in Germany and England.

Björn says he can count five police cars on site.

– We have good communication with them and they know that we will move for ambulance flights or other emergency vehicles.

He says they have no planned end date for their climate action.

Are you going to glue yourselves together?

– It's not impossible that we do, Björn Paxling answers.
