Helsingborg is unique in Sweden with its three cold baths: Kallis, Pålsjöbaden and Råå.

To give more people the chance to try the tradition of cold baths, the first edition of Cold Bath Week is now underway. The opening will be at Påljöbaden on January 31st.

Taking a cold bath is a strong tradition in Helsingborg. It is also an activity that works all year round. From January 31 to February 5, visitors can experience aufguss, midnight baths, sauna chill, yoga and exciting lectures at all three of Helsingborg's cold bath houses.

– The Cold Bath Week is part of our work to create a destination that offers experiences all year round, and we do this work together with both the business community and the citizens of Helsingborg. It feels fantastic to be able to offer our visitors an experience that we have such a strong tradition around in Helsingborg, says Anette Lindstrup, destination developer at the City of Helsingborg.
