The late and cold spring has created a strong demand for sun and beach trips from Swedes.

This is stated by the travel agency Ticket in a press release. Bookings so far this year are up 5 percent compared to last year, which in turn was a record year. At Ticket, the most popular destinations for summer beach holidays are Crete, followed by Mallorca and Rhodes.
