Continued headwinds for Boeing – falls after report

Remove

American aircraft manufacturer Boeing is struggling with continued headwinds and the company reports a loss of $109 million for the third quarter, approximately 948 million Swedish kronor.

Boeing says it is currently producing two 787s per month and the low production rate is expected to remain. The 787 is primarily used on long-haul routes, and that traffic has not picked up at all since the pandemic.

Boeing's stock fell just over 1 percent on Wall Street on Wednesday afternoon. The price is basically at the same level as at the turn of the year.
