Crisis-stricken SAS announces that it will take the next step in the so-called "SAS Forward" plan and, among other things, try to raise new capital.
”"Potential investors can bid to lead, or together with other investors, acquire ownership interests in a reconstructed SAS. SAS will continue its operations and provide its services to customers as usual throughout the process," the company said in a press release.
Since early 2022, SAS has been in a restructuring process according to the SAS Forward plan and has, among other things, filed an application for so-called bankruptcy protection in a court in the US.
