Cuba has suffered another power outage, reports say Reuters.

Storm Rafael hit the country on Wednesday afternoon, damaging homes and infrastructure.

On Thursday, ten million people were still without power.

Just two weeks ago, the country was hit by the same problem and was without power for several days.

Authorities are still working to get the system up and running but say it will take time due to how severe the storm was.
